How many tickets can I purchase with my presale code?

A ticket presale code is good for the purchase of tickets up to the per-order maximum which is typically 2-4. Codes give access to limited pre-sale tickets, therefore successful ticket purchase is not guaranteed.

I pre-ordered Velvet but have not received my presale code. What should I do?

Your ticket presale access code will be emailed to you on or around 9 pm GMT on 10 February 2020.  If after that time you do not see your presale code email, first check your Junk or SPAM folder before [email protected] for assistance.

NOTE: When contacting us, be sure to include your Velvet pre-order Order Number for fastest assistance. Your order number can be found at the top of your order confirmation email.
